well usurped!

I'm trying to figure out if I should fix the side stitch and cut the excess, or if I should figure out how to add a pocket. Either way I have to learn how to cut crocheted work without it unraveling on me.

Oh that is a dilemma. Well crochet doesn't really unravel if you cut along the line of stitches.

I should add that you will lose the row you cut through (obvs) and you have to reweave in the new end but you won't lose any more stitches like you would with knitting.
