I'm back (a bit later than intended, alas)! Who's here?  How's it going?  Does anyone need a penguin?

It's okay, a lot of us weave in and out even during a normal round. You're doing fine.

I heard about you guys while searching through Big Bang challenges on LJ. I'm not quite sure which community led me here.

I'm one of those people who loves writing for a challenge so I'm trying to join more Big Bangs then I did last year. This sounded like a good way to keep from procrastinating.

I'm trying to use this to write my Apaco Big Bang, unfortunately I just realized that I somehow misplaced the book I'm basing it on. Hopefully I'll be able to remember enough to get the rough draft done.

I am avoiding the penguins. (... (http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/11001/1114410-61.stm)) I need dinner but I'm pulling a Classic Writer Trick and having rum instead.

Writing? Uh. Sure. I'm doing that thing.

I've done about 300-400 words worth of drabbles for my flist members who have fandom_stockings and have posted them there, so I'm collecting my thoughts ready to push on with different stuff now...

Why are drabbles being oh so difficult? face!palm

Er... would anyone be willing to give me some object/verb/place prompts so that I can actually finish filling these stockings on time?

Er...

I might think of more...

Love the icon, btw! Silver Nemesis certainly has hidden depths, or so it seemed when last I watched it. Sleep deprivation and beer may have been responsible! :D

Hidden depths! That's... one way to describe it...

Those prompts are awesome! The singing penguins made me giggle and the eiffel tower alarm clock... I have the strangest feeling I might have lived that one. Thanks for the help!

The Fez needs to die. It already died an honorable death by Amy and River. It didn't need to be resurrected.

Holy cow. My writing software has locked up, is unresponsive, and isn't even letting me force quit. I didn't think the story was that bad.

No... eesh. I usually save a lot, but I just lost the last bit I wrote once I finally got the damn thing to quit, and frankly even fifty words lost is too many when each damn one is like blood from a stone!

And they DIDN'T SUCK! Cry.

I approximated them back. This was supposed to be a fun little one-shot and it's at 6k words and probably only half done.

That part makes me *wibble* every time. Even after seeing the Christmas special and knowing that there's going to be another series I get all scared and sad.

I know. Personally I think it's the best scene in Series 5.
