Er...watching a David Attenborough documentary about tigers... Yeah.

Creepy Dalek descriptions? Sounds cool - I like my fanfic Daleks terrifying, obscene, insane, strangely pitiable things, so sounds like just the ticket really.

As for Daleks, I have to confess - usually, I try to avoid having them in my fics, period. They've just reached a level of ridiculousness that they can't be scary anymore!

But this fic sort of demands them. So I had to give in. Especially as it finally lets me write this story, something I haven't done for most of 2010. (1400 words in the past two hours, wheee!)

Ah, but that's the challenge - making them as horrible as they should be (and have rarely been) on screen. I never get tired of Daleks, as much as NuWho tries to make me tired of them. XD

And yay to the productivity - wish I'd done as much as that today. ;D
