This morning, I took a 5-mile walk around a lake that involved me climbing over a large tree that had fallen across the trail and narrowly avoiding stepping on a snake.

AWESOME. (Though not so much the snake part, but it's good that you both got through the meeting unscathed.) I've spent the past hour stretching thoroughly, and I think I'm going to take the dog to the forest now. ^^
