I got a bit over a hundred words down. Pulling frickin' teeth, mind you, and I think Our Hero just realized something I wasn't expecting him to pick up on till the midpoint, which was supposed to be the end of the chapter, another couple thousand words on—and he got it on a much less dramatic cue line! augh!—but I have words!
