Didn't so much write as read... I was looking at a website that has the full Bayeux Tapestry on it, allegedly for research for my original fantasy story, but mainly because the Bayeux Tapestry is the bestest thing ever - look at all their weird little medieval faces!! :D
Holy cow, my girl++ event went long but now I have queen of the damned nails at least. Still an hour from being home. Am now using fraught manicure visit in novella that needs revisions just to make up for the time wasted. (And also because heroine is artist, blood has been invoked, and there's a lot of liquid red at a nail salon.)
