Aaaannnd - last night's hand edits are all typed in. Off I go to church - see y'all when I get back, hope I don't get hit with too many plot point ideas during the service, though at least I'll have my bulletin to write all over the margins of if I do. ;-D
mumble mumble... need more coffee. The absent spouse just texted to let me know the people he's visiting with have a $1000 coffee machine and it makes great coffee... grrr.. mumble.
Another 457 words on the original fic since last post - the knights are using some creative medieval-style swear-words and getting ready to have a bit of a fight with another gang of ne'er-do-wells!
Oh, yay! I've got a couple hours of unexpected downtime this weekend, and am way too excited to see fic_rush going on at the same time. Great excuse to do some ficcing! Glad to see everyone's doing so well. :)

Okay, I've got it up on my journal under a filter - you can take a look and comment whenever you're ready. (And feel free to say "this is lame and/or totally OOC" or any such... I'm really quite disgusted with most of my WIPs at the moment.)
Okay, I am being seriuos now: I have edited 200 words of the Epilogue of Doom (it's not quite got to being bad enough for capitals yet) and I am going to edit through the printed out version now, over the next hour (I won't be able to count that), and maybe also write out the extra (or possibly extraneous) section.
Yes, I have now edited the remainder of the actual Chapter 29 (or Epilogue), and it could be posted, leaving only the Coda and the ongoing debate in my head about whether I add in the extra section or not. If so, that needs writing and editing first...
