Still writing. 360 words in the previous hour - I wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to find some info online that *ought* to have been easily located, but annoyingly wasn't!
Yeah, it is amazing how hard it is online to find out about some things that you'd think would be well known information...or maybe I'm always searching after weird info - it could be that, I suppose...
The trouble was, I think, that I didn't have a precise degree title - I was searching for a subject area - and I didn't know which university/ies offered it. Anyway, found it in the end! I should learn to be less particular about realism!
Ooh, you ought to have asked here. I've gotten quite good results doing that, sometimes. (Unexpectedly comprehensive Merlin backstory anyone? Sadly that was for a story that is now being stripped down for parts, which if I carry the metaphor far enough means Merlin is languishing in a junkyard - but all knowledge is useful eventually, even if only to further my progress toward becoming a genteel black hole in my own right.)

Actually that's less mysteriousness than embarrassment. I always feel ashamed of myself for writing RPF - but sometimes the plot bunny's too insistent to ignore. *hangs head*
Thanks for the encouragement. I'm not actually convinced today's lot are very good words, but I'm trying to forge ahead without too much analysis bogging me down...
Singing Sontarans! Whatever happened to those guys? They were such a promising up and coming act too...
LOL - I've been writing it on and off for about two years (more off than on because I've only ever finished about three or four chapters). There may be another part, one day! :D
I wrote up that random stray page of an old WIP (434 words). I'm unsure what to do now - I've got all unused to doing actual writing over the last few weeks.
This is the Epilogue/Chapter 29 & Coda I'm trying to edit. And largely failing. But the 434 words were actually for The Devil Is A Gnetleman, because when I DO get the Epilogue done, I should be returning to that. :-)

I got most other things sorted before I went away, but not some things, including the Epilogue, and since then I've been having a patch of failing to write, or type things up, or post, or a mixture of all three.
Heh, thanks. The moment I saw that one I had to have it - total fandom collision (I've been an Austen fangirl since the age of 11 when I first read Emma).
