Back from the gym and contemplating breakfast, as soon as I cool off enough. Also, laundry.

I'm always in awe of people who go to the gym.

I would vastly prefer to go hiking, but I'm still in south Florida, and it's too damned hot to do anything outside. (Also, no mountains to hike in.) So it's the gym or nothing. I take a walk on the elliptical machine and watch an episode of Stargate on my iPad.
