I telephoned Paypal and got a thing sorted out and now I can pay the rent! :D (My apartment complex very inconsiderately got foreclosed upon this month and the new management has not yet provided a pay-by-plastic option... I am given to understand this will all be sorted out by March, but right now it has caused me much extra adulting. ;P)

Now I am in bed. When I wake up again there will be sewing of curtains. I have read a new-to-me technique that involves ribbons to do a vaguely Roman-blinds-y sort of thing and I wish to experiment with it. Helpfully, the curtains are to be made of polyfleece, thus also saving me money on my heating bills, because good gosh that's a string of hard freezes we've been getting. My car was all covered in thick frost the other day. I had to break out the ice scraper I bought in South Dakota.
