Hello Fic Rushers,

I've had my hands full with grandbabies, since my three year old grandson has been staying with us this week, and his two year old cousin has been here playing with him a good part of the week. My daughter took both boys with her to go to her two year old's other grandparents, to see their sheep and maybe go swimming.

Which is why I've had a moment to sit down and catch up on Lj and saw that we are doing this.

I've been pecking away at a chapter and it's been haaaaard. Plotting out an attack and torture and angst and so on, and it's been going very slowly.

I've got to do some chores, cut the grass, finish putting together some dishes for a cookout tonight, so I doubt I get much writing done. On the other other hand, I keep thinking about future scenes to write when I'm done slogging through this one.
