Bang, bang, bang . . . we are banging on canon, or maybe that's canonical banging.  Is there any other banging happening?  Anybody managing to bang on the keyboard?

Fifteen minutes of trying to make a character actually say something in his own damn voice.... MCU Bruce Banner, you get back here you little ratbag... no, don't go all big and green on me, I swear... more trouble than he's worth.

I clearly need to do vocal warm-ups for self-deprecatingly bitter.

Eventually. Right now he's still staring out windows with a twitching jaw thinking about all the bad things he did while he was all wooo blue eyes.

Which also writing people who don't want to talk is frickin' annoying too.

But once they get to the fluff part of the story, I have the first two Fraction/Aja Hawkeye trade paperbacks, and if I can't get Barton off the screen, I'll scrape him off the page. Aww, dialogue.

I personally think my canon needs less canonical banging, because most of it is hella dub-con and trying to sort through how the characters feel about that is frustrating.

On the bright side, there will be plenty of consensual banging later in this fic :)

I taught my aunt how to knit! :D Well, the first lesson. She can now do the knit stitch. (No banging was involved, although there are of course many double entendres one could make about knitting. :D)
