fic_rush_48Hour 21 is like the Witching Hour for fic. It doesn't mean fic gets written in Hour 21, just that it... magically appears. The downside, of course, is that once the hour is over it magically disappears. So be careful not to write anything TOO good this hour. This will end in tears.
