My proud accomplishments for this last hour mostly consist of trying to write bad jokes.  I do hope you're doing better than I am.

I acquired tea, added half an inch to the hat I'm working on, played with Nemesis and successfully resisted going back for more mince pies. Read a few pages too. If only I could read and knit at the same time, I would get so much more done!

I was writing but it was about the RL tragedy that happened yesterday :( Then I posted it (as private anyway, just to get it out of my head) and am now trying to focus on happier things.

Am currently searching for pictures from the 1953 coronation in Britain. It's relevant to my interests for my ficlet. :)

My accomplishments for the last hour include toast and hot chocolate, and I'm now staring balefully at the snow while contemplating showering so I can go over to my sister's house in a little bit. Also contemplating the random fic I wrote last night. :)

Have re-read my chapter, final edits, now on to posting. Then I've got an outside project to do involving spray painting plastic pipe so that it will look like copper piping when we redo our bathroom. The temperture is right, so I have to jump on it.
