It's a new hour!  Who's still here?  Who's moved to Tierra del Fuego to take up a new career as a mime?  Who's trapped by cats and can't reach the keyboard?

I knocked over a full tea mug and I'm caught up with emergency cleaning (I missed the computer only slightly o.O)
And now my notebook is soaked, excellent. That was the one with all the smut, damn it.

The ink doesn't look like spreading, but I don't know the full damage yet, damn thing is soaked through. So, on scale one to ten, how bad idea it would be to try dry it with a hair blower? 8-ish?
Or maybe air-dried smut is the best :D

I'd set it out on a towel somewhere, where it will be exposed to warm dry air, but I would not blow-dry it. If it doesn't look like the ink is spreading, I'd pat it dry with towels a bit, gently, but otherwise let it dry out.
