Round 31, Hour 45

This is my last hour of modding for this round! We're closing in on the end of time! And so far I don't think we had any timey-wimey issues to give us spare hours at the last. So it is definitely knuckle down time if you were not previously knuckled.

578 words, interspersed with research. The scene just came to an abrupt stop, at the instigation of one of the characters, so I need to figure out how to draw it to a smoother close.

Thank you! I did 100 words more, and actually managed to make the two characters kiss, so I can go off to bed, knowing I've got over the difficult bit. (They can go back to talking now. I can do talking.)

The character's character is still revealing itself, but I think he acted in character, so it's probably a good thing! I made it work.
