Round 31, Hour 2

So apparently I have been given the power of adding tags to this comm! This is, of course, a power that I will use absolutely irresponsibly, with due disregard for the trust that lolmac has placed in me.

I'm still slogging away but now I'm slogging and eating Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. Next hour, I'll be walking on the treadmill and watching Lost Girl. Then I'll be back.

I wrote ~250 words last hour, but it's all just notes to remind me of the dozens of scenes I have planned to one degree or another, and notes on things I need to figure out. It's an historical AU, so I need to decide on my character's ages, which will give me their birthdates, and from there I can extrapolate what events and experiences have shaped their lives up until the point where they meet. But a lot of that can wait -- there are many scenes that can be written that don't need those details, especially for a first draft.

Anyway. I wrote a drabble. I dunno why. Then I wrote some thinky things about the whole damn day. Not sure, but probably just going to free write in that document tonight.

I plan to write whilst I watch. It's the Incredible Hulk and I'm writing an Averages/Smallville crossover for my smallvillebbang so I'm classing it as research and trying to motivate my muse :D

I'm watching The Incredible Hulk. The 2008(?) version.

I really liked it. I've been watching all the old Incredible Hulk TV shows on HULU for free, with Bill Bixby and I keep seeing all these details they put in the 2008 movie. Things like him transforming at 200 heartbeats a minute.

plus, Bill Bixby is adorable. I never appreciated that when I watched some of those shows as a kid. I'm in hog heaven now. It's all for research, of course. I'm dedicated that way. Did I mention David Banner(his name in the TV show is David Bruce Banner) loses his shirt at least twice a show, and half the time a good bit of his pants?
