No, not about a dead parrot. There are SPAM messages in my posts. SPAM messages. Someone is wasting words on SPAM.

Don't they know words are an exhaustible resource??

Yes, there is people with blank pages, and some throw their words away like that? Uh. Scandalous!

I have written words! They were all for admin-ish tasks for my roller derby team but they were words.

I had some possible spam on one of my posts too, either that or one of our members has a...umm...strange journal and not in the usual fannish good strange way...

I get spam comments all the time, especially on LOLMac. I actually saved one of them, because it was so ridiculous. Supposedly the spammer was posting from a Siberian gulag. o_O

Glinda, are you referring to 'Jerry_7_live'? He definitely looks creepy, although I don't know if he's actually a spambot.

To all mods: please let me know if he, or anyone else, posts anything icky that you have to delete. If he does, we can all report him as a bot -- multiple reports can be a Good Thing.
