Wow, I have seen some AMAZING word counts in the last hour (though I personally been slacking) and it sounds like everyone is doing fantastically.

It also sounds like there are some yummy things going on. What's your favorite thing to eat and/or drink while you write?

I wrote and posted a 100 word drabble and now I'm RPing with a friend on AIM and writing/plotting Twitter porn now with bonus plot with another friend. XD

I always have a Dr. Pepper close at hand. Always. XD

I took the last hour off to watch hockey. Which always counts as research, although not for my current work. Now back to pondering what my characters are going to talk about.

They're nerdy aesthetes in Tasmania in the '90s, so... sadly, not as much as I'd like to talk about it! No sports at all for them. I have to remember all the highbrow nonsense my friends and I went on about!

I finished reviewing Aftershocks, the novel I'm slowly getting reposted to Ao3; and I actually did one of the two horribly overdue beta projects that have been haunting my nightmares for weeks! Not because they're bad, but because they're incredibly good, and I feel dreadful for not having gotten them done immediately.

Eating and drinking -- beverage depends on the time of day. Morning, espresso. Daytime, Diet Pepsi. Nighttime, wine. As for eating: anything my partner has prepared recently is the best!

Didn't answer this because I was eating! (and watching Mad Men.) I had a delicious healthy apple, celery, radish and raisin salad. Hopefully my recently-upset tummy will appreciate it. :-)
