Hour 6 is at hand!  Or possibly underfoot.  Don't trip on it.  It's my last hour of modding for the night.

Who has writerly pasta?  Who has fried Time Chicken?  Who has fried brain cells after a hard week and is writing angst to make up for it?

I'm writing an action scene. Granted, an angsty one that is secretly a metaphor for just about everything else in the damn story, but still. I'm pretty sure the characters would rather have fried Time Chicken about now.

Almost done with the scene. I think it will hit around 1,500. Then I'm editing, posting, and going to bed.

Another 214 words on the Five Things thing I'm working on. Wrapping up Thing Three. 679 words so far! (not counting words about rustic wine cellars)

I'm writing Teyla and John Sheppard doing the cha-cha, so not too much angst there. 214 words, 679 for the rush thus far.

Can I get my Time Chicken grilled? So much healthier that way. Although, to be honest, neither way is particularly healthy for the Time Chicken.

You can get your Time Chicken grilled, broiled, roasted or even barbecued. I don't recommend baked, though; it takes forever. Literally.

"I'm sorry for the delay, folks, but the Chicken is taking a lot longer than I thought. Dinner will be on the table when you're all dead and cold in your graves. Meanwhile, eat some more carrot sticks. And have some rum."
