Good afternoon!  Or morning, or night, or whatever it is where you happen to be, as well as where you do not happen to be.

It's been a very quiet fic_rush so far, but it's not too late for us to become very noisy, very productive, or very silly, or some combination of the three.  What shall it be?

Whatever it is, I have cookies for everyone.

It's too late for me to become noisy or productive, though. YouTUbe stole part of my evening, but made me laugh a lot more than I have in weeks, so I don't mind. (I found a BBC Schools programme I last saw when I was about 7. Ohhh dear...)

So far this 'Rush, I have:

* had several fun conversations
* spent a whole day shopping
* checked out thirteen library books
* read two DS9 novels back-to-back (the second was excellent, the first merely annoying)
* not been officially in a choir
* chatted with the Bishop at a hog roast
* discovered (thanks to Lothi) that there is TAP-DANCING C-3PO on YouTube
* started re-reading a fic I was trying to remix a year ago, as prep-work for finishing said remix

One of these things is not like the others. ;-)

Gone running
Done the dishes
Gone grocery shopping
Read half an anthology

It can be tedious, but I find the benefits are well worth it. And good for you for getting in the running! That's very adult also, in the good sense.
