Round 18, Hour 24

This is my last hour on this shift, after which the magnificent but sometimes hard to remember chibifukurou will take over!

And at the end of this hour, we will have reached the halfway point!

Has anyone seen the time-traveling singing penguins yet?  I know they're lurking somewhere!

How's the writing?

ETA:  "Toora-loora-loora . . . " the penguins chorused.

I need to start dinner. In the course of my research about what is happening to my protagonist, I found a statement from the Boston PD thanking Bostonians for being well behaved at the rally today which gave me glowy feelings. My adopted town can be quite decent. Also I am impressed by the fairly cohesive and well-organized web presence of the BPD. Little do they know it, but they're making my writing life so much easier.

Just watch that they don't tip over your ink pot. If you aren't writing in longhand with pen and ink, all should be well.

I wrote six words! LOL

First I realized that my kink bingo card and the j/d promptathon could produce mutual fics. So I played with that idea and made notes on the respective word docs. Killing two birds with one stone would be awesome!

So while those new ideas percolate, I opened up my WIP 'Transits of the Moon' and added six words in editing. *g*

Now I will see if I can write some Highly Romantic (and fun) sex.

Heh. I didn't eat yet, but I did finish the chunk of novel I was working on revising. Now on to the whole ending that doesn't work. Perhaps after food.

Deputy Gutterson is a good Southern boy. I'm sure he'll provide whiskey in lieu of chicken. He may also help with the rounding up of time traveling penguins if we ask nicely.
