Tremendously helpful editing! Far more helpful than the ninja penguins have been. They keep leaving throwing stars on the floor and I'm usually bare foot.

hello! not very interesting circumstances have kept me away from what would have been my first fic_rush, but maybe i will do something later, inspired by the idea that i should have been for a while, and also i would be happy to cheerlead and/or discuss penguins with people for now.

my girlfriend has been writing fic all day though. i'm sure that has to count for something...

Just caught up with the comm (I was busy over on ds9_rewatch discussing the mass of fail, epic fail, and awesome that is Odo And Lwaxana Get Stuck In An Elevator aka "The Forsaken".

And I'm into the beginning of my wordcount for today, anyway! I wrote the ends of two different relationship-development scenes for the guys. And part of the bus-riding chapter, and came up with some other scenes that need writing. :D

this is very good news. i like that the rules can be stretched to accommodate my rubbishness, and that i have apparently picked up a penguin and half an emu as a result. huzzah.

and i totally agree re. life on mars. i'd seen icons and stuff of that scene before i finally got round to watching the show (which was brilliant, even when it wasn't made of plascticine), but it didn't in any way ruin what was an utterly brilliant 2 minutes (ish).

Good job with the endings of scenes! Always tricky. Also getting your hands on other scenes that will need writing is a bit of awesome.
