(Correct answer is 'yes' bc the alt text on AO3 will read as follows:)
Three postcards. The one on bottom shows the State Hermitage Museum from Dvortsoviy Palace Bridge. The one on top shows the Trinity Cathedral from Fontanka Embankment. The one in the middle is image side down; it says it's from Katsuki (written in Cyrillic) and Nikiforov (written in katakana), address blank; to Nishigori Yuuko, Takeshi, Axel, Lutz, and Loop (written in hiragana) at Ice Castle, address hidden under another postcard; with wishes in both Russian and Japanese for a Happy New Year 2017.
And in lieu of putting any effort into finding fonts that look like someone handwrote in Russian or in Japanese, or figuring out kanji that are one stroke away from being the ones he intends, I'm decreeing that the character whose Instagram this image will be on ran the postcards through a printer, so he could copy-paste the correct kanji for the red bit says deliver on New Year's. Though rather than hunt down copy-pastable versions of the kanji for the given names of the addressees, you'll observe he typed them out phonetically.
