I got some writing done earlier, but my internet security program has vanished from my computer despite being paid up for two years, it won't reinstall despite multiple attempts, and the live chat function isn't getting me anywhere. According to email notifications, the request has been opened but I'm not getting a reply so I'm at my wit's end and about to tear my hair out =(

I am beyond stressed.

Thanks, but I don't think Quick is an option. I've been battling all day and getting nowhere. Meanwhile, the protection I've paid for and been using for months is non-existent.
