This is my first and last check-in of the day. I decided that I really needed to work this morning, but I haven't been nearly as productive as I wanted to be (kind of like how the writing went yesterday). I'm leaving in a few minutes to go see a matinee, so at least my afternoon will be fun, although similarly non-productive.

Hope the weekend has been going better for others. Go get 'em, guys!

I wrote a Three and Sarah-Jane drabble while waiting for the service to start at church this morning, let's see if anything else can be squeezed out of the Toothpaste Tube of Creativity before the timer goes ding.

Does rather remind me of those times when you have an "empty" tube and keep mashing it with your thumb in the hope of squooshing just *one more* toothbrushings-worth out of it anyway.

At least the results can be recycled/mashed up/mined for useful bits in other fics - rather like Erma Bombeck's noting you could potentially chip the dried lumps of toothpaste off the sink and serve them as breath mints at a cocktail party.
