Round 102, Hour 27

I'm debating whether I should do something I know causes me a headache while I already have one so I don't have to have another headache later, or if that's a bad idea and I should do... not that. What quandaries are you contemplating this Hour?

my major quandry for the past two weeks is i know that the headache/sore throat/cough that is causing so much anxiety is from smoking so much more lately but the only thing that makes me feel better is smoking. and then i feel worse physically and become more convinced i have COVID19 and the anxiety makes me smoke more etc etc.

i did write about 400 words today, so that is a victory.
