It's 3.45pm and I've just come in from the garden where I've been battling brambles for the past couple of hours. Progress has been made but I'm full of thorns.

Time to post a couple of drabbles, but hoping to get a few more words written later. Managed 810 earlier and at least now I have a vague idea of where the story's going. Maybe I'll even get it finished by the deadline... I still have a week, I think.
