I used to think that scones were pretencious cookies. Or something the baker messed up on, and just baked and served so he didnt waste his ingredients.

And then, I tasted Panera's orange glazed scones, and I knew it... was all TRUE!!!

Haha just kidding. Just expensive. Thank goodness for internet-savvy bakers out there who like to share!
