I'm continuing to try to clear out my bookmarks. I've found an arrangement where I can clear about a page before having to sit out the timeout.

It sounds like you have a lot of bookmarks.

For a while there I was bookmarking every fic I read... then I had a bad breakup with that fandom and no longer want 700 bookmarks for it. But there's no batch delete option, so I'm having to delete them one at a time, and after about five or six, the site apparently decides I'm a bot (because I'm reloading my bookmarks page too often instead of reading fic like a normal person) and gives me a "retry later" timeout. It's frustrating.
