guess who has a carpal tunnel diagnosis! (again! I am fuming, because the impression I was given on getting later diagnoses was that the carpal tunnel diagnosis several years ago was mistaken)

naturally my brain is exploding with ideas. ideas to write are not, sorry to say, writing. *stares down speech-to-text app* are we gonna be friends this time?
